Physical planners are covered under our 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order. However, because digital products are accessible immediately after purchase, they follow special non-return conditions.
When a Return Is Accepted
An item may qualify for return if the following apply:
It remains unused and in its original condition.
Tags and packaging are still intact.
Proof of purchase or receipt is provided.
How to Begin a Return
Before sending anything back, please reach out to us at contact@JustOffer.shop. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:
Send a prepaid return label (for physical items only).
Outline the return instructions and timelines.
Note: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted or processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you find your item defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
All digital downloads (templates, planners, spreadsheets, PDFs).
Personalized or custom-made orders.
Personal care items.
Hazardous or flammable materials.

Need a different style or size? To process an exchange:

Once approved, place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If accepted, funds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow some additional time for your bank or card provider to finalize the transaction.
